Introduction
Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Programl (WI CCC) and Wisconsin Cancer Council (WCC) respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at www.wicancer.org.

Part I. Information Collection
WI CCC and WCC collects information through our Web site at several points. WI CCC and WCC do not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect information through registration forms for WI CCC and WCC publications and periodic emails. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our publications, this type of information is mandatory for mailing and contacting purposes. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be an unique identifier.

Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by WI CCC and WCC will be used for distribution of publications, newsletters, and conferences/seminars. Users who provide information will receive these publications and email communication announcements. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications or to unsubscribe to these types of communication at anytime.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. 

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please Note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we'll post those changes to this page.
