The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC) are pleased to announce the
availability of grants through the Community-Academic Partnership Fund. These grants will be awarded to organizations that promote the goals of Wisconsin's health plan - Healthiest Wisconsin
2010 and the mission, vision and guiding principles of The Wisconsin
Partnership Program. Interested applicants are invited to download the
